Your purchase
Each digital edition is a one-time purchase. No physical magazine will be shipped.
After payment is confirmed, use the download link in your order email or your account’s Downloads section.
One download per purchase
Each purchase permits one download. Save your file somewhere safe. You can reopen and reread your saved copy without downloading it again.
If your download fails or you cannot access your purchase, contact vinik@palmtreemag.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
Personal use
Your purchase is for personal, noncommercial use. It does not transfer copyright or authorize you to resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the magazine files, except as permitted by law.
Refunds and exchanges
Digital purchases, including discounted editions, are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your purchase is missing, defective, or different from what was advertised, contact vinik@palmtreemag.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
